However, before your hired bouncy castle (or other play inflatable) is used, be sure that you have read the terms and conditions of hire in order to protect users and keep them safe. The Bouncy Castle must be supervised by an adult at all times when it’s in use.
The person hiring the Bouncing Castle is responsible for ensuring that every step is taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable.

It is unsafe to allow anyone to use the Bouncy Castle during inflation and deflation.
Make sure the Bouncy Castle does not become crowded
It is dangerous to climb, hang or sit on walls
Children must not attempt somersaults, and they should be appropriately dressed.
Limit the number of people according to their age.
It is best to not allow both small and large children to use it simultaneously.
Children are not expected to push, collide, fight or behave in a way that could injure or cause distress to others.
Any child who feels unwell should not use the inflatable.
All shoes, glasses and jewellery must be taken off.
There are no face-painting, party poppers, or silly string allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
There is no smoking and no barbecues near Bouncy Castle.
Make sure that the area around the unit is clear of any obstructions or hazards.
ensure that there is at least 3 feet of clear access to the area where the inflatable is going.

A child could bounce off it and get hurt
No pets, toys, or sharp objects are allowed near the Bouncy Castle.
Please switch off the blower if the Bouncy Castle isn’t being used during the day.
Only for 14-year-olds (NO ADULTS). This unit is only for people aged 14 years old or younger.
The equipment. This Bouncy Castle is not for adults. If We know this limit has been exceeded and we would need to send the castle back for safety testing, the customer will be charged and any cost of repairs.
toddler castles up to 6 years of age are strickly for toddlers only.
In the event of light rain – then the shower-cover provided should keep the users relatively dry. However, during heavy rain, the castle should not be left on and the electric blower and extension should be switched off. You can dry wetness (including bubbling) with a towel. You can reset the safety button on the blower by pressing it. Also, check the fuse box and ensure that the fuse is in good condition.
Obstructing the blower. If the blower becomes unresponsive or overheats, turn it off at the mains and then switch it on again within a few minutes. It should restart. Please contact us immediately, if it doesn’t.
Once a booking is accepted verbally or in writing cancellation terms will apply. The cancellation terms of parties apply and prevail over any terms in clients’ standard terms. We will operate only within the accepted standards of Health & Safety. Our staff is on-site We reserve the right not to provide services that violate these standards or our terms. Insurance If possible, ensure that there is at least 3 feet of clear access to the area where the inflatable is going. We may cancel your equipment or extend the cancellation period if you fail to notify us.
